Here is your monthly Market Snapshot.


Interesting enough, April 2020 does not look much different from April 2019.  Even with the unemployment numbers raising and only allowing virtual showings for the month. 

So what does this mean? April was still pretty consistent with previous years.  Surprisingly more homes sold in April 2020 than in April 2019. Homes sold faster in April 2020 compared to April 2019. Sales price continued to raise while the total number for homes for sale dipped.
